My Citizen Eco-Drive quit ticking after about 11 years of use so I brought it here for a replacement capacitor. $80 was well worth it to get another decade out of the watch! I brought it in on a Saturday and they had it ready for me Monday, which surprised me on how quick they were able to get the part and install it. I’d definitely come back here.

They did an awesome job resizing my watch. They gave an approximate pick time. This was an issue because they got it done WAY faster than they said and I had to interrupt my shopping. I’m kidding of course! Super fast service and equally important, it was quality service. Well done everyone.

I took a watch my Grandmother left behind for me. It stopped working over a year ago. The battery corroded! We feared it would not work. They had a tool that told them the watch had a pulse, but was not moving. Thank the Lord the gentlemen knew his stuff! With a no sweat look, he de-magnatized the watch and fixed it!!!! In and out 15 minutes. Great job!

Had an older watch, I inherited from my dad. Fast Fix changed the damaged crystal and polished it. It looked well worn, when I took it in. Looks as close to new as possible. Couldn't polish all the wear off of it, which is fine. I need part of my dad with me.

My husband purchased my 10-year Anniversary ring 8 months ago. I had stopped by a nearby jewelry store to have it cleaned, and the jeweler said some of the diamonds were loose. I contacted the company we purchased it through and we would have to ship it and it could take 6 weeks to several months to get it back. So, I contacted Fast-Fix it. They said during sizing all the diamonds were loose and every one would need to be tightened. The next day, my diamond ring and wedding bands were ready and I can feel how they are no longer loose and they made it beautiful and sparkly again! Thank you so much for the great work!!
