They did an awesome job resizing my watch. They gave an approximate pick time. This was an issue because they got it done WAY faster than they said and I had to interrupt my shopping. I’m kidding of course! Super fast service and equally important, it was quality service. Well done everyone.

Had an older watch, I inherited from my dad. Fast Fix changed the damaged crystal and polished it. It looked well worn, when I took it in. Looks as close to new as possible. Couldn't polish all the wear off of it, which is fine. I need part of my dad with me.

Fast Fix in Opry Mills did an excellent job on my wife’s Rolex! Replaced the crystal and polished watch! Looks better than new! Extremely reasonable and very responsive! Will be visiting again! Awesome job guys!

They brought my favorite watch back to life. It was an inexpensive Fossil watch, however they made me feel comfortable to leave it for estimates & repairs as if it was sometimes much more special. I spoke to three different people between drop-off and pick-up, and everyone was friendly and informative. Thank you for your great work. Hope to use them again in the future for the other watch I need repaired.
